Present:  Beth Beeson ; Sharon Hordy ; Peter Schut (via telephone call at 7:15 PM)

Regrets: Derek Fullerton

Motion: (by Beth Beeson) To reschedule the meeting to Thursday 19^th as Derek Fullerton is absent due to a friend`s tragic medical emergency and Derek is needed at the hospital.
