Monthly Strata Council Meeting
December 16, 2010

Meeting Called to order at 5:30 pm
This meeting follows the AGM Meeting of Nov 25, 2010
Manager’s report:
- Winter Newsletter was prepared and delivered to all occupants
- Annual Christmas Light contest is in progress.
- We have received the final report from the Accountant for the fiscal year 2009-2010. There are no changes.
Council meeting
- The Council members are very pleased with the response and the attendance to the General Annual Meeting and are satisfied that all went well.
- Election of the Executive is as follows:
- President: Dan Veller
- Vice-President: Mike McAdams
- Secretary: Lorna Bihori
- No changes to the signing authorities.
- Manager to get in contact with Grevman Court to invite Dan Veller to their next meeting to review and discuss repair to the fence separating both properties.
- Elaine Nothstein is appointed judge for the Christmas Light Contest, ending Dec 20, 2010
- Manager to contact roof and asphalt contractors to reserve services for Spring.
- Council has reviewed the documentation provided by Valerie Conklin in light of the exchanged correspondence (e-mails) between the Council and Valerie Conklin since October 25, 2010. Considering the tone and content of the correspondence from Ms. Conklin, it was decided to let Dan Veller address the matter directly with Ms. Conklin on behalf of the Council.
- Next meeting will be on January 20, 2011.
