Monthly Strata Council Meeting

Meeting Called to order at 5:30 pm
Claude’s Report
- Reviewed letter of complaint by Li-Car – CHOA to be contacted
- Budget Reviewed
- Received letter regarding fence in A drive – meeting should be in March between our 2 strata’s
- Reviewed Real Estate Newsletter re: Alpine Village
- Pittman Asphalt quote reviewed – awaiting 2 more quotes from other paving companies
- Reviewed current complaints and warning letters & fines
- Reviewed Snow Clearing Issues & vehicles not being moved
- A31 & A32 Plumbing Disaster – reviewed all correspondence to date. If the owner of A31 which is responsible for the damage to A32 doesn’t respond then work will commence with the lowest quoted contractor on Monday Feb 21st
- Claude will be on vacation Apr 20 to May 12
- Elaine will be on vacation March and possibly April
